Our very first coffee release comes from Guiben Farm, a family-owned estate located in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan, China, and exported by Yunnan Coffee Traders. Traditionally a tea producing region, Yunnan is an emerging specialty coffee origin. Guiben Farm pioneered specialty coffee processing in the local area, producing washed, natural, and honey-processed coffees and inspiring others in the area to do the same. They practice organic methods to regenerate the soil, ultimately improving the quality of coffee they produce. Given the quality of this lot, we are very excited to see what they produce in the future.
